Al Wash-hi Majaza Copper Concentrate

Situated 160 km southwest of Muscat, the Al Wash-hi Majaza Copper-Gold Plant is the flagship mining project of Al Hadeetha Resources LLC (AHRL), developed through a strategic joint venture led by Alara Resources. The project features a 10.3-year open-pit mining operation and a state-of-the-art 1 MTPA processing facility, which began producing copper-gold concentrate in early 2024. Supported by a long-term offtake agreement with Trafigura, the venture is built for strong commercial viability and environmental sustainability. Active brownfield and greenfield exploration programs are ongoing to expand the mineral resource base and drive future growth.
