Located approximately 160 km southwest of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman, the Al Hadeetha Wash-hi Majaza Copper-Gold Project is the flagship mining operation of Al Hadeetha Resources LLC (AHRL).

AHRL is a joint venture between Alara Oman Operations Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Alara Resources Ltd), Al Hadeetha Investments LLC, and Al Tasnim Infrastructure LLC. The original joint venture was established in 2011 to explore and develop the mineral-rich license areas of Wash-hi Majaza, Al Ajal, and Mullaq. Al Tasnim joined the partnership in 2019, bringing additional local expertise and execution capabilities to the project.

The project entails the development of the Wash-hi–Majaza copper-gold deposit through a single open-pit mine, supported by a 1 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) processing plant. The facility is engineered to produce high-grade copper concentrate for export markets.

Alara has secured a long-term offtake agreement with global commodities trader Trafigura, under which the majority of copper concentrate and associated gold production will be purchased over the life of the mine. Pricing is linked to prevailing spot market rates at the time of delivery, ensuring transparency and alignment with global benchmarks.
